| Such a nice place and the views are really very good. I used to work there at Mount Wellington and South Crofty tin mines...(both of which are closed down now) a while ago now. Many a day I spent on the cliff paths in all sorts of weather too. |

Thanks all for your comments. I was lucky enough to be in this part of the UK during the challenge week (although I had no idea what the challenges were until my return home!) I think this shot fitted 'Destinations' quite well.
The scene was taken from the cliffs above Lantic Bay in South Cornwall, UK. This is not accessible by road and is therefore fairly secluded. The path shown leads on and around the headland (our destination) whilst a branch leads steeply down to the bay below.
The colors are close to how they were on the day, polarized to capture the clarity of the water and saturate the greens.

Another eye popping image with such lovely colors spreading across such a domain. Congratulations on your top ten finish.

| I see what you're getting at with the fence and path, mirroring your title. But liking the upper half of the image so much, I tried visualizing a crop from where the beach leads out on the right. I would have liked that a lot better without the shrubs and the wired fence. The green tones at the far side of the cliff are really something. Quite beautiful. |

| Very pretty. The intensity of the blue is awesome. I like the fence and the overall leading line of this shot. the greens and blues are such nice compliments to each other. Very nicely done. |
