Excellent capture. What really makes this for me is the crispiness...I mean, crispness. You show us wonderful focus and clarity here, and the detail that comes out of it is just perfect.
Add me to the few people that thinks that the milk looks a bit odd. I do think it looks like a white straw. I think it's the lighting on the milk that makes it look like that though. Bright on the right side, and dark on the left.
I am not sure weather or not I prefer the cereal box in the background or not. I find it a bit of a distraction, however, I think it adds a nice touch. I'm a great help there, huh? The light colored things in the center behind the milk though, are definately a distraction. I like the cup though. I think that because it goes with the bowl, it's not a bad addition at all.
Definately sound related. You can't eat this cereal in peace.

This was another one I was expecting, though it looks on a quick glance of thumbs you're the only one who did it, which you're probably relieved at.
Captures the topic well in part because it IS so expected. I like the pouring milk (that's when the sound's the loudest, after all!) and the bowl is perfectly centered left/right which is nice. It's also a good colour combination -- blue/white cloth, blue/white bowl, blue/white cup/saucer, and the blue/yellow bo with that nice blurry neutral space between, and works well for me.
Interesting to see the contents weight in grams -- must be outside the U.S. That's totally unrelated to my impression of the picture, it was just something I noticed as I looked the photo over more closely. I guess 'snap, crackle, pop' is more international than I thought! |

| European Rice Krispies? This photograph captures both the sound of S,K,+P, along with the milk that you're pouring as it splashes on the cereal. Good lighting, staging, and even cropping (the frame works well on this). Probably an 8-9 if voting. |

| Very good idea and nicely done. I like your set-up and the colors. Good detail on the rice krispies. I also really like how you did your border. I think your picture would have been even better, though, had the background been blocked somehow between the cereal box and the cup to avoid the light reflections. They are a distraction. My score = 7 Good luck in the challenge. |
