now that's a dangerous subject, but VERY nice composition. Extremely well done.

AKA Mercury - hope you were ok after dealing with this. What a SUPERB shot and great edges/splatters! 9

Mercury? Where do you find so much?

Is this actually quicksilver? Huh, yeah, it looks like it is. I wasn't sure what I was looking at until I looked up what your photo title meant, though I might have gotten it in time.

I'm not sure how I feel about the use of stop-motion in this case; I think I'd rather have seen more of the quicksilver itself the flying droplets. But I do like how the shadows ended up, it's kinda neat.

My favorite of the challenge. I like the way you created the impact, it really makes an interesting photo and would be something I could see on my wall. Great job! -10- Mav

I just want to say, I love this photo. The shadows and the shine on the mercury[?] turned out really nice. Good one :)

I love the action in this photo! There's a lot going on visually, and I like the metallic feel as well as the shadows under the drops. The composition is nice, too, very active and unusual. I'm more and more impressed, the more I look at this! The ONLY thing I can think of to suggest is perhaps to add some color in the background, where it's white. If that's possible. Nice work!

There is a great sense of energy in this shot from the globules and their shadows. The colours are an interesting combination, too.

great shot, fits the topic perfectly. Love the splashing effect! One of my faves this week. Good Luck, Todd.
