| excellent macro work. that looks to me more like a wasp than a bee... but I'm no entomologist, and species vary in appearance from place to place. |

| Yay, a flower shot that meets the challenge AND is interesting to look at! I'm not a fan of flower shots but this is nice. |

| Very nice close-up. The yellows and purples do well together here. The sharpness and clarity on the hornet and the flower is "sharp as a tack". My only critique is that a square crop might frame this shot and the action going on far better than the vertical rectangle here. A closer crop would get the viewer even more "up close" and personal with this nature scene. |
