Viuallly, I really like this so very much. I find it so hard to give such "technical" type of comments, as that is my weakness.
I seems to do better, re a visual comments, and what appeals to me.
The compoition is awesome and I like the rule of thrids. my only think I am concerned is the color behind the flower is to close and to similar, and therefore looses impact a little..... |

| Looks just a tad overprocessed somehow - maybe it's the compression? I see some haloing around the edges that doesn't quite work, and some minor lost details. That aside, the colours are fantastic, and the composition is excellent. I'd love to see a little more natural detail in the flower - this would be absolutely fantastic that way. Even still, I think it would've done well; I'd have scored it 7 or 8ish. |

I like the colors, especially the backgrond. The flower doesn't really stand out very well from the background though. Some light coming from the side or behind might have helped. Also the color of the flower petals seems dark...muted...hmmm not sure what the right word is but not very luminous. (Luminous is my word for the day, btw) anyhow...I like the composition too. I probably would have given it a 6 or so. The flower also has some dead spots or dirt or something on it that make it less than ideal.

| The flower is a little too sharpen (sharpened?) and makes the petals look a little brittle. I like the composition though. - 7 or 8 |
