I really liked this picture until I got to the theatre entrance. It looks as if you went overboard with the dodge tool. I'd like to be able to see the doors, etc. The black blob kills the p icture.

For me, I'm not realy crazy about the star filtering effects, but I do like the color treatment you chose. I'm trying to understand your point of view as far as this being in the celebration challenge, but it's just not coming to me. Perhaps when I view it a second time.

Oh this has a cool filtration. I like it. The light with the star points makes a nice added touch.
