Be careful useing the USM, the halo around the subject detracts from the overall image. See how the focus of the image starts to become two dimentional & seperated from the background?

The colors of this work well together, but the overall shot just looks like a quick snapshot. It doesn't have the artistic feel of a true high ranked photograph. The guy with the blue shirt sitting inside the train is a distraction. It might be fun to have the boy inside the engine house as if he's "in charge." to get the sense of the title. The perspective would work better if you were down on his level, so that your "eye" is where his would look.

From what I can see, and maybe I am wrong, but it looks like a bad attempt at dodging around the child, producing a halo-ish effect around his body. It makes the child look like he was cut and pasted onto the picture.
