 These are baggage carts used in the 1920s at the old Central Railroad Terminal in Buffalo, NY - but I'll accept just "baggage carts"... These are wagons that they used to load luggage and packages onto trains. It took me two days to find another image.

Look like carts of some kind... nothing small in them tho cos it would fall out. Look very old, hmm. Maybe for wheeling luggage or something at hotels? Looks a bit like old versions of the modern day swanky gold ones that porters wheel around. 7
