Nice capture. I think if it were mine I would trim off the bottom a little.

This is incredible.

Great shot! I love the way the light projects from the cloud. I might have cropped this a little tighter to leave less of the dark bottom, but that's just my personal taste.

Very nice. I really like the effect in the sky area. Especially small nit: crop more at the bottom, about half way up the black area.

Top five. I'll put money on it. Good thing the comments are anonimus until the challenge closes.

I think a horizontal crop of this shot would have been much more effective. The ground is very distracting from the shot, especially all of the white structures in the bottom. The sky is amazing, though, and I'm not usually one for sky shots.

Beautiful! One of the things I miss about the Northwest is we don't get many of these.
06/17/2002 03:26:00 PM
Nicely done. Good.
06/17/2002 02:35:00 PM
Nice shot-I may have lightened it just a tad(to show the shadow on the ladscape)
06/17/2002 02:14:00 PM
Is this Colorado? Looks like our Hayman fire. Nice shot
06/17/2002 01:57:00 PM
cropped a little higher and right would focus attention more on the main shadows. cars at the bottome are a bit distracting.
06/17/2002 01:07:00 PM
wow that's a huge shadow
06/17/2002 12:45:00 PM
interesting clouds, but not a very dynamic picture, it may have worked better in black and white.
06/17/2002 03:12:00 AM
Very beautiful shot!
