 I took this at the local second-hand market in Bolton where I live. the girl was just one of many people trying to grab a bargain. The rain and my camera didn't seem to bother any of them.

Her hair is wet, even though she has a beautiful blue umbrella. I like this picture, but, at least in my opinion, there are too many things in it competing for attention. ~7

Should have tried to desaturate the other colors (not all the way) to make the subject stand out more. Very interesting shot in any case.

A busy street scene; I love it. I do like how that coat gets the focus, but I also enjoy the other things that are going on here.

I like the way you got so much color from your subject while the rest of the backdrop, although colorful, is much more muted. With her red coat and bright blue umbrella, she really stands out.

The shot is busy enough, and the focus still sharp past the main subject, that the eye isn\'t drawn anywhere in particular, wandering instead over the table behind the girl.

I'm afraid this is a little too busy for my tastes. It would have been nice to see her with a little less-busy background. Hope you didn't fry your camera in the rain! :)

that child walking alone down the side of a street would have looked more appealing. 6
