| Accidently hit the photo's link instead of the browse link and saw this for the first time. It really is a lovely picture. I wonder how it would do as a rasterized large picture. very large. huge. So someone could stand across the room and get lost in the intricate pattern and expressive pastels(the actual pastels used by artists). or stand close and never guess there is a lovely lady dreaming within. |

Just saw this and find it way cool! I think you've just hit on an awesome technique. The expression and the veil-like effect really goes well together. The only thing I would probably look to enhance a little are the colours - not sure how but it looks a tad bit flat. Or make it b & w?

Wow. Thanks for calling my attention to this again. I don't know what the crowd was thinking when they voted this. It's marvelous--every bit as good as my 20th place. Very painterly and beautiful!
I don't really see the spinning technique in this, to me it looks like a veil. So if I understood you correctly, and you spun it--you have mastered it beyond me! That's a new fav for me! |

| Very Beautiful. One picky thing. How would it look if you blurred out the grain here and there, like on the upper left dark area to define the veil effect? Pretty awesome already though. |
