Really liked the painted look of this one. The image has artifacts as part of the grain in the dried pine branch, but it works for this one. It doesn't always. Nice grain treatment. |

I really love this shot. You were obviously not afraid to use grain and I think it worked well. You can almost feel the brittleness of the fallen branches. I hope you do well in this challenge, I think you should. |

This is a very grainy shot and I love it! This is my second view and am moving it up from a 6 to a 9. |

IMHO there's just too much grain. Perhaps a more subtle amount would work? |

the range of colors is too flat... partially due to the added grain?.. |
