Sweet expression. I like the dreamy quality of this image. The coarseness of the grain appears to be right for this image, but the flecks of color in the noise/grain detract from the dream. Perhaps applying the grain monochomatically or dropping the saturation on the reds would answer that? The pose and composition are wonderful however.

One of the few color protrataits I've seen where the grain enhances as opposed to distracts. Great expression and use of light

Ohhhhhhhwuh. . . that is so CUTE!!!! It looks like an autumn calendar photo. I bet it would look awesome ungrained too. Great job.

over use, IMO to distracting to help, only hurts at this point, if u backed it off i think u would have the right image for the challenge.
eigther that or B&W might work with the amount of nosie/grain u have in the image now

Think you might have processed too much. The colored artifacts all on the image are a type of grain, but the image may have had more impact if the colors were evened out into a uniform monotone.

Beautiful colors and lighting on this shot! The grain really adds to the mood, very well done! The pose and the outfit on this little guy are just TOO cute!! Great shot all around.
