Oh my!
Looks almost exactly like my cat, cracker, who is also completly deaf. Wild.. Good pic by the way.

| Just a follow up for those interested. This was my 2nd challenge here and I am so happy with the results. Ice is 8 yrs old, the blue cast came from me trying to boost her white in order to get the yellow cast out of her aged fur adjusting hue/saturation/brightness .. I did find a better way thanks to the comments I received here! Ice has a gold and blue eye and is VERY deaf .. which makes her extra special and spoiled. Thank you all for your comments, votes and help, they are truly appreciated. |

| I would like just a little more contrast between the cat and the backgroud you have. As it is now the edges of the cat get lost in the background and I find that a bit disconcerting - just does not feel right. |

Wow what wonderful eyes indeed. Definitely meets the challenge. This is a great way to highlight those eyes too as they certainly stand out in the sea of white. The lighting looks okay but there are some blown out whites above the cat's head and some details of the fur seem to be lost - though whether this is due to focus issues, lighting or compression problems, I can't tell. I think the composition is good, I'm not sure if it would be even more dramatic if the cat was looking directly at the camera or not.. working with animals is never easy though.
All in all a great entry. I wish there was a bit more detail in the fur, but over all good job. I gave a 6 |
