 The cat had no patience to pose much longer, so taking this picture hand held at 1/15 of a second at 200mm is quite an accomplishment! Taken from the floor using existing daylight indoors with a white wall in the back.
Cropped, sharpened and adjusted levels manually.

Very nice kitty portrait. Definately fits the challenge.

Your lighting appears to be very good and your composition is good.

I understand the impatience of a cat, dogs can be just as bad too.

The only thing I see you could possibly do to improve this is a little larger dof so that the cats back is not as blurry. I would have loved to have seen more of the cat in focus.

Nice kitty photo hope to see more like this in the future.
