Grainy, and I'm not so sure about the purple color cast. Also, I don't get how your choice of shutter speed provides the "main impact".

fous is off. I think that the grain is too much, and detracts from the image. Composition is good. get rid the grain and sharpen focus this would be a much better image.

Extremely delicate photo, but I don't see the motion aspect of the challenge.
