I was on my way to get props for my transparency idea when I looked at the candy jar and decided to give it a try. Those are Mega M&M Peanuts, by the way.

Too dark. maybe some light from the bottom would have been cool.

I don't like the streak of light going across the canvas. hard to tell if it's glare or not. Perhaps either crop the top of the dish in or out. 5

I like your idea. For me, if it was a bit sharper overall (yeah, I'm one of those that prefers crisp images) I would have scored it higher. I do like how you can see the candies inside - kind of like individual little pods or something - cool effect.

like the circular cutouts in the bowl providing peekaboo glimpses of the candy. interesting lighting approach as well.
