| I wish this had scored a little better (maybe too many women voters ;o) ). Still, this is a great image and showed a lot of creativity. Good art, don't change it. |

*Critique Club*
Well, I supose it was meant to be. I even waited to do CC's this time.
I did get your response to my original critique, and I will say that for that purpose, I think you did a great job with this shot.
I do still wish that we could see your face a bit better, but this does give a bit of mystery to you.
Your shirt is a little busy in combination with your hair, which I didn't notice until now, so it must not be that terribly busy, but your hair creates stripes, and your shirt is floral looking, so it does class a bit.
I do like the lighting, I think that it brings out skin tones very well. Focus and clarity are also good.
Overall, I think that the shot shows a lot of 'you'. Personality wise. It has character, and that's one of the most important parts of a self portrait.
I think that the background works well, nothing distracting there.
Still wish I could see those eyes though.

| I like the way the colors in your eye shadow, lips and shirt are all similar and don't conflict. I think the wet hair look here looks similar to your Practical Jokes shot, but enough different to be interesting to see. I like how your eye is not covered by those two strands of hair. Good job on the portrait. 8 |

I'll say that I know you have some beautiful eyes, and they color of your eyes is mezmorizing. Why you chose to hide them, I'll never know. There are 2 strands of hair that looked like they were placed over the eyes to hide it. That bothers me a lot, especially since I know how bright they are.
the angle and framing/cropping are good. Lighting is also good. Nice skin tones.

| I like the look but I don't like the shirt with it. Maybe something black or white. The pink really takes away from your face. Great lighting. Good luck |
