Your grasp of color here is excellent, although some of the other comments disagree, the flatness of the background is vital to the success of the image.

| This is really beautiful. The colors are excellent and I like the blue shadow of the vase. The perspective is nice and it sort of gives it a 3-D effect. |

| The color and clarity on this photo is phenomenal. I also love the framing and overall composition. The only improvement that I could see would possibly be to have done this on a white background. I believe that the white would really set off the flower and the blue shadow of the vase :) - great shot = 9 - jmsetzler |

| Wow, beautiful vivid colours, a very bold composition. The background is a nice texture, but the colour is a bit bleh. I guess it contrasts well with the flower and vase, but isn't very nice to look at. |

Wicked angle! I like it. Flower is so sharp, it almost appears overlaid, incredible look, just wonderful. Great color, even the pavement.

I love this image, as the shadow and the flower are very nicely integrated. First I thought it was a flower and a pipe. I feel that the croping on the top is a little too tight, and the dark patch on the top right corner is a little disturbing.

| I love the "flower into palm tree morph" and the great colors. The only nitpick I have is that the shadow is a tad too close to the top for my taste. |

| Very good! The shadow really adds to this. It seems to make almost a tropical look. If shot on white sand it would look fabulous (as if we can pull white sand out of our back pocket when we need it). Anyway, good job. |

| Looks like a saxaphone. I think I would have liked this more on a black or a smoother more neutral backdrop....do shadows show against black? Great colors in the glass and vase. The shadows a little too tall for a totally pleasing composition from this angle. |
