| nice lighting, good composition, excellent posing and expression, but i noticed a LINE(?) above your head, it distracting...your portrait is a classic one and so powerful, there's a story behind it....good luck to your submission, i do hope you can get a ribbon. |

| I swear I commented on this already, but maybe I missed it. The line in the upper left (a doorway?) is distracting, and I don't really care for the pose, but I like the lighting overall. |

| What's that crooked line in the background of the picture? It kinda distracts me. The picture itself isn't bad, although I'm not sure I agree with your decision to crop off your left ear. |

| I like your composition and the wide contrast you've used. I feel indifferent about your pose and not sure if I like the hand covering a good part of your face. It looks like you're covering a sneeze. |

| A very emotional photograph. B&W works very well here. Composition is brilliant as wel as the lightingl. Truely a wonderful portrait photo. GL in this weeks challenge. |
