 There is a dump near my home and this is one of many vents coming out of the massive hills of garbage. Garbage which has been under ground for many years, breaking down and going right back into mother earth, which is where it all originally came from.

Some may find it difficult to see how this picture is related to garbage. It's a vent for a landfill, right?

Strange red light coming from low right illuminates the pipe and upper parts of trees.

Nice composition. While the pipe is in focus, maybe stop down for a bit more DOF and sharpness of the beatiful fall colors in the background.

I don't get how this meets the theme. The pipe certainly spoils the view, but probably is functional and not garbage or trash. The background is a beautiful late Fall scene.
