I was taking photos in black and white and I stumbled across this railroad bridge. It was probably built in the 1940s and it was quite rundown and rusty. This bridge support caught my eye because although it was old and decaying, it was still able to support the massive weight of a train.

not quite sharp but good design

Super idea but you needed your focus to be spot on and sadly it's just not sharp enough.

Seems slightly out of focus

Nice idea and angle. A bit soft though. Is it out of focus?

aged metal crossbars photographed well

Focus seems off, need to see more surface detail. Feels like it is cropped a little close on the right, and I think a little more rotation (counter clockwise) would help composition.

reall soft focus

Seems a little out of focus.

Would be better in color. The grey tones of the metal lack contrast, and the image overall isn't sharp.

nice composition and texture - looks like it was taken in the '30's or '40's
