 PSO power plant in Tulsa, Taken late at night when the Plant turns on all of its lights, SHot using tripod across the Arkansas River. Fix minor rotation proplem crop, save to Jpg from Raw.

Used iso 1600 and 1/20th shutter speed to get detail in the dark but Blow the lights out

Photo is too dark and focus seems off as well.
