 Taken poolside at an early morning swim practice. The pool is heated, but the air temperature is about 39 degrees f., hence the fog.

Nice Picture - Seems cold and Scary - Like one of those Horror movies where the guy will fall asleep and Freddy will appear out of the swimming pool and use his knife hand to show the guy what he ate for breakfast.

That interesting how the foggy look was really in this picture. Glad I didn't have to get in that pool. Makes me cold thinking about having to get out of it. Congrats. on a top 10.

This is so perfect "early moring"...I can feel the chill and feel the heavy dampness...and that early moring quiet...there is really nothing quite like it ...very nice.

Great mood you've achieved here.It almost looks like black and white but I think I see some pale color in the brick wall and in his jeans. I'm not sure about the laptop as a visual element...a sports writer too early for the game, perhaps? I guess for me it adds a weird element of modernity into an otherwise timeless sort of scene. It certainly doesn't affect my vote---just an observation.

Atmosphere, the person placed well, beautiful prospect created by the stakes and seats. The top of the image is a little too because it does not bring anything to the beauty photograph.

I like the feel of the sunlight trying to break through. Doubtful this could be any sharper without losing the fogs effect. Very nice image, and congrats.

The sun through the fog is a distraction. Crop it out or compose the shot from the next lower bleacher.

Mmm, this is a beautiful picture. The morning mist and rays barely caressing the skin. I gave a 7 on this. Not because it's bad or anything. There's a certain mood lacking, but because of my lack of photography knowledge, I don't know what's missing to the show.
I felt like if you could have worked a little more nature into the shot, I'd almost give it a 10. Very well taken shot though.

beautiful!! I would have liked him reading the newspaper instead of having his laptop... everything seems older than the laptop hehe. Good idea. I might have cropped the upper dark area as well
