Some smoke on the dark background would have been nice.
This could have been hours later.

Good focus espessially with the black background. I believe that this would be better is the background was lighter.

Too dark. Perhaps a candle off to the side could have provided a little light for the burnt out match?

a brighter backround would have done wonders for the image

could be sharper and might have beenbetter if on white background so you can see match better

Interesting idea. Some side or backlighting might have defined the shape of the match better. As it is, it is a bit difficult to distinguish the match from the background.

Image is too lost in the black background, how about trying a slightly lighter colored background.

Nice photo, but without the title, I'd never guess that this image had anything to do with the concept of "too late"
