shallow, yes? interesting? maybe...
not much here to hold my attention. maybe with gradient lighting that spread a range of colors across the subject? |

It's a good focosing, but, it doesn't have a focal point, one cannot know where to look... |

Yes...yes it is...but it's also a bit dark. I think seeing a bit of the "horizon" would've helped. |

This is indeed quite shallow...the subject isn't very exciting, though. |

There is such a thing as too little Depth of Field. This is one such case. |
