Very nicely done. I like the lines in the sand and the diagonal of the image.

Amazing too, the angles you have created!

This is really a cool picture of the Dunes, Robert - I've never seen one like it & I've seen LOTS of pictures of the Dunes (and have taken lots)since we have lived so close to them for 27 years. Next time we're there I'm going to try something like this! Very original and unique.

oh my. the best use of angle I have seen in a long long while. And to think I live in this state and have never been here is disturbing. Thanks for the inspiration.

I agree with chinstrap, this should have taken a ribbon and I̢۪m disgusted that someone in their infinite wisdom has the sac to give this shot a 2. Let me guess, doesn̢۪t own a camera and just doesn̢۪t get it. Aghhh, time to start a revolt...

I was so dissapointed that you did not get a ribbon for this photograph. IMHO it is head and shoulders above anything else in the challenge.

I like the sky and the vastness of the dunes - the people seem so insignificant. The way they are all stretched out makes it look like they are on a quest. This angle does nothing for me and I think it distracts from an otherwise good shot.

Great perspective and sky - I like the fact that this photo looks like it could have been taken on another planet :) Therein lies the uniqueness of the photo. Definitely among my favorites this week.

Nice shot, nice angle, what are all the people there for? Nicely picks up the colour of the sky. Should do well.

What in the hell are those people doing? I like the tilt and great sky in this picture. I wonder what it would be like without the little tiny people? 7

I like the perspective, I like being able to appreciate the scale by the inclusion of people, I don't like that it looks like a computer generated image - the sand is too bland (but that's not your fault). What's it like at different times of the day?

The composition really helps to add some interest to this shot, I think. It also kinda messes with your mind if you look at it long enough. :-)

Absolutely fascintaing - the angle is perfect, and I had to look for a while to see what the small objects were on the sand, which added to its intrigue. Finally realised that they were people climbing the dune and as soon as that happened, I was suddenly hit by the enormity of these sand dunes. Hope you get a ribbon for this little masterpiece !!

What a totally whacky angle ... I love it! Love that you cut your image in half, the over-saturated sky and those tiny little people scrambling up the sand dune. It all works perfectly together, plus, you met the challenge. In my top five this week :)

It's a WOW. It looks like another world. I usually don't like photos that make me turn my head to look at them but it was an excellent choice. 10 from me.

Wow, love the angle. Great feel, I like the atmosphere and sense of scale this conveys. I'd have liked more details in the clouds... the sky seems a tad overexposed. 9
