 Used autolevels, curves, desaturated a little and USM. The water was poison green so I changed the hue also.

I like the water, but something about the seal itself is a bit odd to my amateur photographer eyes. Maybe it's the lighting or reflection in the seal's eyes.

Got a 4 from me because it isn't that interesting of a picture and I thought the title/pun was a bit of a stretch.
