Like the square crop, I would've preferred bigger DOF to see the whole screw in focus, but good effort.

well shot, but not quite a pun as I understand it, rather a literalism. I probably would try to make the whole composition sharply in focus byt stopping down more.

This is beautiful and the antique-looking ball is great. To be overly picky, I would probably stray a little further from baseball since that's where a screwball is actually used ... would it be more effective sticking it in someone's eye ball??? :) LOL! 6

aw, why'd ya have to ruin a perfectly good baseball? nice idea. screw could be a bit sharper, though.
