Okay. This is the last one in the series :)

In last three challenges out of four and in current one, I submitted pictures of single AND "same" flower in different forms to meet the challenge. This is last in series because my 'favorite' flower is no more :(.

Average of last three submissions is around 6 .. and I wish this one also scores the same. I have surely learnt how to change the 'style' of capture to make it fit to 'theme' ..and I guess it is recognized as 'art' :)

Postprocessing - Cropped and highlighted.Thats it!

Hello and greetings from the CC. First off let me say that I think you definately have met the challenge, you have a shallow DOF. The colors are nice and compliment each other nicely. I scored this a 6 during the challenge. The title fits well and compliments the photo.

Now to what could have been done to improve the shot in my opinion.

There isnt a really super sharp focus point. While there are things in focus, its not pinpoint thats seems to be required here to score well. Another thing about the shot that seems to distract me is that I dont see a focal point of the photo. Not one point draws my attention, my eyes seem to scan over the entire photo with nothing really drawing my attention and keeping it. Overall I think the shot finished well and was scored justly. Well done.

7 - Like this. Good colors. Criticism; difficult, as the 'fore' shallow DOF parts add a good element to this, but I think that a crop/framing variation and possibly even 'wider', would have made this even better in my opinion.

Like the picture. Just not sure what I must look at. My eyes don't go to the in focus part of the seed.
