 This is an Anole lizard. They always hang around my bathroom window, and I always catch them and put them outside (and take a pic ofcourse ;-). I am kinda uneasy about entering this, as I have another pic in my portfolio that looks almost exactly like it....I actually took this nearly a month after that one, but still...I wanted to enter now that I have a chance at the computer.

Love this guy! He's perfect for the Username you selected and has posed nicely for you.

You've given him good placement in the frame and I like the DOF you chose to set him off. Even though he looks good where he is, I wonder if he would be set off even better with a slightly closer crop. I'm not sure he needs all that space on the right side to jump into, and maybe a touch off the top. NOT off the bottom with those splendid leading lines. Again, it's just a thought. You did well with the presentation you chose and the voters agreed.

I wish you continued success in DPC and I'll look forward to seeing more of your work.

Really nice Anna! love the DOF! great detail all around! can't belive it didn't make top 20, but comeon... can't shrug off anything b4 brown, haha

Fitting photo for the name you chose. I like the composition and point of view. I also like how the line of the lizard flows into the line of the blurred leaf behind it. Nice. 9

I ended up changing my ming on this picture, bumped up from 5 to a 7 because I really like how everything seems to be stemming from the lizard.. maybe seing a little bit more of the lizard and a little bit more focus on him/her would have been a 8 or 9

Great DOF! I like that he's way to the left with the blurred area of leaves behind hin. His profile almost is the miniature of the long leaf directly behind him. Nicely done.
