I do not, for some reason, do roses well, especially red ones. I like flower macros very much and one of the problems I have is what I do not see before I go in with my macro set up....I always end up cleaning and clone thing here and there. The detail in this is very good. The lighting is a bit harsh at the top. Not sure what you could have done about that. |

A little overexposed, making the image harsh looking, you could have taken the photo from another angle leaving out the unsightly damage of the flower petals |

Very vibrant, in my opinion you can't beat a beautiful rose, nice crop on this one. |

Nice tight crop isolates a single pattern. Good. Rather blown out details and faded looking color. Bad. |
