Greetings from the Critique Club. I have studied your photo for a bit, and I have some comments and some suggestions that may help in future challenges. First off you have met the challenge wonderfully. The pattern is real apparent and you used DOF well to isolate the focus of the shop. The title fits well, and actually made me want to sing the country song that goes with it. :-)

Now let look at what could be done to make it score better in DPC. Bright colors seem to score very well here, while gold isnt all that bright, its not all that dark either, just kind of in the middle, about where the photo scored. I think you did all that could be done with this . I wonder how brighter color, or more light would have done here, perhaps constant light filtered onto it in the middle to highlight the pattern in the middle? Or perhaps just bounce flash to bring the whole photo brighter. Good luck with future challenges.

Yes! Sometimes you rack your brains searching for a motive, and you have it just there.
