| I love this picture!! My mom, grandmother and I have taken similar multi-generational photographs for several years now and they always turn out to be stunning representations of our personalities and capture our similar features! They are especially meaningful now that my grandmother has passed away. I'm sure we'll keep the tradition once I have a little girl one of these days (fingers crossed!). I strongly encourage all of the women out there to gather important women in THEIR families and try something like this. It will be something you will cherish for years to come. |

| I love the black and white. It's a very good shot. It made me very emotional since I lost my mother a little over a year ago. |

| Love the composition, very natural and good to see subjects that are not "models" Good in b/w. Generations theme is very like National Photographic Museum exhibition at present. |

| Who is the focal point of this one.. the mother or grandmother? The hand on the knee and arrangement of the woman seems that they're "gathering around" (as the title suggests) the grandmother, but they're all looking at the mother. Seems like a forced posed that feels uncomfortable to me. However, it does show a great image of several generations which in itself is a treasured thing. |
