Interesting. The snow in the foreground keeps drawing my eye when it should be elsewhere. I bet I'm not the first to suggest cropping it out

Interesting choice of composition to put the post in the photo. It looks like you could stand a degree or two of CW rotation

I would say too much emphasis on the foreground pillar with the background somewhat unfocused; a potentially interesting scene

I think this would be more effective as a landscape. Man is walking *out* of the picture -- we need to see more of the street to the right.
