San Luis, Colorado?? if so I went to college there. nice comp, light ok, b&w need work, nice texture, dof nice, overall a nice effort

Really nice B&W with great contrast but it's just a shame it's so small when it could look even better in the full 640px limit.

Oh Sammie, I shot this old house a while back. Wonderful in B&W. or is this the visiting Pitsaman?
01/26/2006 01:05:16 PM
This looks like it could be great, but you have not maximised its potential. Resizing to 640 would have helped with this.

So isolated, and you have captured hat well...
01/20/2006 05:49:30 PM
Next time, remember to use the full 640 pixel limit.

Nice, crisp black & white. Can you widen the view (more space around the house) so it feels more abandoned?
01/19/2006 09:25:41 AM
This is very pretty. It's amazing that a house is out in the middle of no where to me anyway.

This is a great shot, it really conveys the feeling of emptiness and loneliness. it's a shame it isn't 640 pixels wide, you probably know that by now...

9 from me...

This is nice. Will be anxious to see who did this one at the end of the challenge as I live in the San Luis Valley! It really shows the essence of the valley - stark.
