| I like what you were going for here, but I think it could really use some fill lighting to give some detail to what's going on down on the street. |

| I think a slightly lower crop would improve this as there seems to be a lot of empty space at the top, and more I want to see at the bottom, making the overall composition a little awkward. |

| Argh, sorry but the light up in the right corner with the flare is really killing the shot for me, I find it almost impossible to look beyond it at the rest of the photo, it´s really is working as a black hole as far as my attention to this photo goes. Not trying to offend, just wanted to explain why I gave it a low score. |
