I wonder how different this photo would look at dusk when you could still make out the details of the surrounding area instead of just the lights.

Im very torn on weather i love the red or hate it, in the forground i think the effect is great but the background is distracting me and drawing my eye to areas of the shot im not sure it should be focusing on
