for some reason the ripples on the surface of the lake seem to fight with the peacefulness of the sunset and ducks so the photo is out of balance, if you follow my train of thought.
however the reflections on the same ripples is what makes this photo interesting. |

| Simple, elegant image. Love the warmth of the colors and the subtle movement created by the waves. The vignette created by the tree shadows frames the ducks nicely. Beautiful sunset. |
