A couple of my wifes glass hands, a festive glass from a cruise we took, a little ribbon and some dry ice. Used two spots and an SB-800 flash.
Trying for a man / women conection but it might have been better with just the blue hand. We'll see.
Converted in RSP using auto white balance, + .50 exposure, +14 fill light, +5 shadow contrast, -19 highlight contrast, 10 noise supp, 10 color noise supp, boosted the curve a bit, +7 radiance.
PSE3 to straighten, crop, resize, USM and save for web. |

| Nice still life. IMHO the white backdrop doesn't work well here since it does not contrast the smoke/vapors coming off the glass, which could be a really interesting element to this photo. Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

| I like the hands and glass. The ribbon seems a bit out of place to me, not sure why - maybe it's the plastic against the glass. Those colors do burst out at me though. |
