Maybe experimenting with the apeture may have brought both subjects into focus. I would have liked that.

Great use of shallow depth of field. Also leaves me wondering about the "rest of the story" which makes it an effective shot for this challenge.

Really cool shot and yes it makes my wonder about the story behind the image, not many do. I keep debating whether I like the photo as oof as it is, I understand why it was done like this, but yet I yearn to see the picture clearer. Good job on the lighting reflection in the bible I have a hard time on shiny surface like that. 7.

I think it relies a bit heavily on it's title to be an effective shot, however, it does a good job of depicting an unanswered question many people face.

Great photo, but if you don't score as high as you like, just keep in mind that the subject matter will deter a lot of people. Nice use of short depth of field.
