Greetings from the Critique Club
What an original idea. And an excellent choice of fruit to exemplify the primaries and secondary colors. Focus of the fruit and dishes is spot on. The light painting works well mostly. It's a bit dark (and that's where your score suffered, I think) and there are a few hot spots as well. It is fun, though to see the design in the middle.
Someone more experienced in lighting techniques than I, would have to tell you how to get the effect you want without the hot spots and the overly dark shadows. I can only commend you for a gallant attempt and a really great idea.
I hope you continue to enjoy DPChallange. I will look forward to seeing more of your work.

The individual lights are just such an unusual and effective setup |

Excellent take on the challenge... The white bowls offset the fruit wonderfully... It's obvious that lighting was a real challenge... you pulled it off beautifully... :) |

Well-illustrated but it could be a touch brighter. |

Great shot. The composition and subject here are very interesting. I like the contrasts between light and shadows. It looks as though the perspective is slightly skewed to the lower right as though the shot was not taken from the center? Just my humble opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Colors seem a bit flat, I'd like to see them 'pop!' a little more. But I like the idea with the colored foods. |

Perhaps not as colorful as one might expect in a "burst of color" challenge, but I like the idea. The image could probably be enhanced just by increasing the brightness (perhaps dodging the fruit to avoid overbrightening the rest of the image). |

Very creative! The 6 overlapping lights is a nice touch. My only wish might be that the colors were a bit more vibrant. (But that's just a nitpick.) Great job! |

Good image of colors and how the fruit define those colors--like a TV commercial. I'm curious of how the lighting was done? Good work |

I do not feel that this "uses a colorful impact to offset your subject from the rest of the photograph." |

I like the composition a lot and the idea, but i think if the colors would have been brighter, it might score a little higher. |

Nice organic demonstration of the colorwheel. I like the way you used your lighting to outline the bowls, but it seems to have detracted from the bright colors of the fruits. |
