I love cheescakes, especially those with chocolate. Can't wait for the recipe. This picture seems a bit out of focus. Otherwise I do like the light, crop and angle |

Photo appears to be blurry, the corners do not have a consistent background. Yummy looking cheesecake though. |

I think this could have better focus but it looks really very yummy - I look forward to seeing the recipe in your comments :) |

Perspective, content and composition are all excellent. Your point of focus is perfect as well. The only down side is the overall focus of the image is not as good as it could be, the contrast is a little weak and there is a hot spot just on the upper right of the brownie. Fine image, otherwise. |

A white plate would have complimented the brownie and made it stand out much more. |

This is quite a delicious looking piece of dessert. Couple of observations; I think for this to work better the entire top of the dessert should be in focus - you're a bit too shallow on DOF. Another consideration would have been to move your angle up or use a larger plate - the backside of the plate here is distracting. All that being said, I think I'll come back to have a look at the recipe after the results are in! ;^)
Good luck in the challenge. |

Nice picture, but more DOF would have helped |

something about the chocolate syrup in the foreground makes this irresistible. |

a white plate would have improved this shot out of sight...the plate pattern is a real distraction |

I can't wait to see this recipe. :) Looks delicious!
Now the photo--good composition; could be sharpened more; maybe a plain, non-patterned plate would add a better contrast especially against the darkness of the tasty chocolate drizzles :) Good luck! |

The food looks great, the plate pattern distracts for me. |

Patterned plate takes away from the image. Wist the chocolate on top was glossy as well. |
