Winding Road is a prefect shot for the Road challenge. I think the simplicity of the shot is the most appealing. The shot personally makes me feel like traveler on vacation who has finally reached the bed and breakfast that we have been traveling towards.
I like the snow and the clean lines in the shot. The composition is excellent. The road is prefect clear and takes us somewhere. The only thing I would have tried in the shot was maybe possibly moving the shot over so that the inn or house is on the left side more so the house is on the first third of the shot. I really do like the shot and think the score is pretty decent and the Top 20 is not bad at all. Excellent work. |

| Lovely image, nice feeling from the snow and disappearing roadway. While building adds a little interest, the in-shadow foreground doesn't have the detail of the rest of the image, probably nothing you can do given the sun's lighting. Regardless, I like it. |
