AWESOME!! the decision to have this disqualified was wrong, you have supported your arguement well. Filters at the photographers discretion or DPC discretion???? |

This is an incredible image - however you achieved it. :-) I'm sorry about the DQ (and for once disagree with SC's decision). Keep up the spectacular work! This is AWESOME!!! Straight into Favorites! |

nice crisp focus on the front bird - good use of DOF to keep the second softer focused. I'm not real crazy about the added motion blur. |

the technique you used is amazing. I assume you zoomed in/out when taking the shot, having focused on the seagule. The second seagule blanaces out the picture pretty well. Good job: 9 |

This is coolest picture I've ever "experienced". Wow. My head started spinning when I first looked at it...freaky. I'll be looking forward to seeing how this was acomplished. Great shot. |

I am a bit torn about the zoom blur, if it wasn´t there this shot would just be good but not really that different from a slew of similar shots I have seen but on the other hand it just gives me a slight sense of vertigo so I just wanna go see the next shot but lovely colours and a memorable entry. Enough for a 7 from me. |

I'm really not a fan of the post processing here, I think it borders more in digital art that photography. |

Absolutely amazing. Probably the best shot I've ever seen on here. I have no idea how you did this, because it was hard enough for me to do it with a flower that was standing still, but this is with birds flying at your head. Can I give it an 11? |

I guess you must have selected the background and added a zoom blur? however you achieved this effect, it's brilliant - the head-on view of the bird couldn't have been better emphasized. obviously you are also very quick with your camera! I'm certain I would have missed this shot if I were in your place. Very well done. |
