I went with my friend to Maryland. He drove I took pictures on the highway of tires. We and the truck were going 65MPH+. I wanted the tire to blur a little and the wording on the cab to be clear to show the vehicle was in motion. I'm not sure this will do well. I just hope it gets at least a 5 since I haven't been below that in a while.

You used a very high shutter speed to stop the motion of the tire. I would've liked to see a slower shutter speed showing the motion of the tire, as long as you kept the same speed as the truck while driving in order to keep the truck body in focus.

Good stop action on the tire you can read the writing, more road would have made for a better composition. Nice crisp focus and use of black and white.
