| Such beautiful colors and lighting! Your focus seems to be spot on and the background is nicely blured and not distracting from that glorious bird (with the exception of the bright branch on the right, maybe clone it out or make it not so glaring, it doesnt fit with the darker theme of the rest of the background, it pulls my eye a bit too). Nice crop, the bird seems to be in the perfect position. Just a tad more detail in the bottom breast feathers, the inside line of the beak, and if you can find and bring out a bit of the eye would make this outstanding picture even better. What great colors, the red is incredible! |

| good texture on the birds feathers,the twig in focus which makes everything else really goo artistic and lovely way the bird is positioned |

| The bird is missing its eye. I would go back and lookf for the catch light and try to brighten it up. |

| overall photo is well done, only problem IMO is the shadow that goes across the birds head, making the eye almost completely disappear |

| I can imagine this one sitting in my garden like this (and regret why I didn't try to photograph any bird here, but I didn't think of it back then, so yeah). The hard thing with wildlife is to make a good composition: you have to be fast, otherwise it flies away, and you need to have luck with the background; which you had: your background is grey, which contrasts with the bird, and that makes it all even more beautiful. Well done! |

| It seems like the focus is on the twig and bottom half of the bird. Therefore some of the detail in the chest feathers is lost. A little more light on the face would also have helped. |
