Perfect focus and composition, but I feel you blacks could be blacker. |

I gotto love these animals and their orange eyes, they are so photogenic. Love the composition and the colours, don't like so much the orange border. (9) |

Tremendous detail and perfect lighting. I'm intrigued as to whether you live in Madacasgar however? I suspect you may get a few nit pickers marking it down as DNMC. Still, in my view it is an excellent shot and I wish you luck for at least a front page finish. |

Given the spirit of the challenge was to capture a shot of wildlife in its natural environment, I find it most difficult to believe that this was done with your entry. Needless to say my vote on this was very low given those circumstances. When a photo does not do its best in composition to depict actual challenge guidelines, my stadegy for voting immediately stops and it becomes a DNMC to me. The animal is too rare and to obscure for me to believe this capture was done in its natural environment. |

Lovely light really brings out those eyes and they really are a draw aren't they? Nice detail, nice close crop. Works well. |
