but i took it 3 days before the challenge started. Bummer. Well as i said i ran out of time and never got home when there was enough light so this one will have to do

Wow.. GREAT shot!! and exciting moment.. love the catchlight in the Hare's eye and the motion blur of the quail (?).. wonderful.

Not sure who's whacking what! The bunny portion of the pic looks very nice - good light, good focus. I think the other thing is a bird, yes? Interesting to have the two together.

6 - Mostly for unusual (and seemingly natural) capture. Assuming that is a duck or .. bird, 'whacking' the rabbit/hare. Criticism; obviously opportune, so difficult to say 'sharper' - but even the motion blur is so 'much' that it is difficult to discern what's doing the whacking. Can't see a head. This at 640 (even if it meant more 'context'/background if the quality wasn't there for this crop bigger) likely have helped. Not sure on the frame.

Wish the bird(?) was in focus. The rest of the shot is a little soft too.
