| I've voted this down because it in no way meets the challenge. Although your background could be said to be blue, the subject is dominated by red. |

| Good photo, but IMO the red color dominates over the blue. Blue is the focus of this challenge. |

| If I was a DNMC idiot I'd say red is the dominating color in this one. Luckily I am not. :-p Nice capture, the background is somewhat distracting though. 6. |
